Green Power Bliss Smoothie I recently spent the week at the Sanoviv Medical Institute in Baja, Mexico, and learned to make this fantastic smoothie. It was so good, I had to share it with all of you. On a detox we still need healthy fats, protein, and fiber! I use pea protein here because when you're detoxing, it's nice to choose the most easily digestible and gentle proteins possible. The chia seeds add fiber to keep you all sorts of regular, and there's plenty of sweetness from coconut and pear to make this an absolute crowd-pleaser. Ingredients -1 cup almond milk -1/2 pear -1/4 avocado, peeled -1 packed cup spinach -1/4 cup coconut water -1 tsp chia seeds -1 scoop pea protein
